Purpose:It was aimed to investigate the relationship between the fear experienced by the members of filiation(contact tracing) teams, and their perception of positivity and attitudes towards nursing during the COVID-19 pandemic. Nurses (n=154) working in the filiation teams constituted the sample. The data were collected using the Fear of COVID-19 Scale, Positivity Scale(POS) and Attitude Scale toward Nursing Profession(ASNP). The participating nurses had a moderate level of fear of COVID-19 and a high level of perception of positivity, and displayed positive attitudes towards nursing. Their high levels of fear of COVID-19 and positivity perception positively affected their attitudes towards the profession.
